These Terms govern purchases from and use of getgoodstrips.com, operated by Reform LLC under the GoodStrips brand (“we,” “us” or “our”). Please review them before ordering. Your purchase is subject to the terms presented and accepted at checkout and any rights that applicable law gives you.

Eligibility and account information

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement to order. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and keep any account credentials secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Products and responsible use

We sell dietary supplements. Product descriptions are informational and are not individualized medical advice. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Individual experiences can differ, and we do not guarantee a particular health result.

Read the actual product label, ingredients, directions, age restrictions and warnings before use. Do not exceed the labeled dose. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about suitability, particularly if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have questions about interactions. Do not use a product with a damaged safety seal.

Contact hello@getgoodstrips.com to report a product-quality or safety concern. These terms do not excuse us from accurate descriptions, product-safety obligations or other legal duties.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and the final amount due are shown at checkout. Standard shipping to supported US addresses is free.

Orders are subject to payment approval and availability. An automatic receipt confirms receipt of your order and does not guarantee inventory. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover a material listing or price error, we will contact you, explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation with a refund. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

We may decline orders reasonably suspected of fraud or unlawful activity. Refunds and shipment delays remain subject to applicable law.

One-time purchases

Orders are currently one-time purchases. Placing an order does not enroll you in automatic deliveries or recurring charges.

If subscriptions are introduced later, their recurring price, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms will be disclosed separately before enrollment and require your affirmative agreement. These Terms do not enroll you in any future subscription.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy explain estimated delivery, cancellation requests and order remedies and form part of these purchase terms.

Supliful assists with fulfillment, but GoodStrips remains your store contact. Supplier policies do not remove customer rights against us. If policy wording conflicts with a nonwaivable legal right, that right prevails.

Shopify and privacy

Shopify hosts our storefront and processes information to operate the store, checkout and related services. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and your choices.

Shopify also processes information from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services; information may be shared with Shopify and other providers in other countries as described in our Privacy Policy.

Accepting these Terms is not a substitute for any separate privacy or marketing consent required by law.

Website content and permitted use

Our original branding, artwork and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may access the site for personal shopping and lawful use. You may not misuse the checkout, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or reproduce protected content for commercial purposes without permission or another lawful basis.

Nothing here prevents truthful reviews, lawful criticism, reporting concerns to authorities or other protected expression.

Third-party services

Third-party payment, platform and linked services may have their own terms. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites, but using third parties does not remove our responsibility for our sales or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by ordinary website interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, defective products, personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. We do not use these Terms to disclaim mandatory product warranties or lawful refund remedies.

Resolving concerns and applicable law

Illinois law governs these Terms to the extent permitted, without depriving you of mandatory protections provided by the law applicable to you. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver and do not remove access to courts or small-claims procedures available under law.

Updates and general terms

Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change completed purchases or accrued rights. Material changes requiring notice or acceptance will be handled accordingly.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive later enforcement.
