Cancellation policy

How subscriptions work

When you choose "Subscribe & save," you agree to recurring deliveries and recurring charges until you cancel. Your first order is charged at checkout. Each renewal is charged automatically to the payment method you used, on the schedule you chose:

• 1 pack (1 tin): $31.99, every month
• 2 pack (2 tins): $55.98, every 2 months
• 3 pack (3 tins): $74.97, every 3 months

Prices shown at checkout and in your order confirmation are the prices you agree to. Standard shipping is free on every subscription order. Applicable taxes are added.

Skip, pause or cancel

You can skip an upcoming delivery, pause, change your delivery interval, or cancel at any time from your account on getgoodstrips.com, or by emailing hello@getgoodstrips.com. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.

To stop the next renewal, cancel before its scheduled charge date. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund orders that were already charged, except as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy or where the law requires.

If a renewal was charged after you meant to cancel, email us before it ships and we will cancel that order and refund the charge.

Price or plan changes

We will notify you before any change to your subscription price or delivery terms takes effect, and you can cancel before the change applies.

Order problems

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing subscription orders are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
